How to upload custom ringtone 8841 multi platform

I need to upload a custom ringtone to a 8841 that’s running multi platform firmware. It’s stand alone and not using CCM 

I can’t see how this is done. Any ideas

As per my experience, we can only do it through CUCM.

Thanks, i think im neary there i just must be missing something my file path fot the custome tone is

n=Custom;w=tftp://192.168.0.106:69/oldbell1.mp3;c=1

however its not uploading the new tone, any ideas what ive done wrong?

Can you try converting the MP3 file to WAV? 

It wont work with MP3

Tried this as a .wav file and it still doesnt work, its just not pulling in the file, i have confirmed the tftp server works as i can update the firmware on phone, but for some reason i just cant get it to upoad any type of file.

Just out of curiosity, what is the firmware version you're using? 

I'm not being able to upload a custom ringtone either, it might be a bug.

I can upload an image ok I just can’t upload audio.

It turns out, this is not yet supported on MPP. It used to be supported on SPA phones though. 

Its in the backlog but we don't know when it will be supported.

Hi, did this get added yet in latest firmware 11.3.3?

No it hasn't been added to 11.3.3 and unfortunately we don't have a set date on when the feature will be released.
