HTTP configuration doesn't change

Hi,

I have 2 CUCM a production one (10.0.1) with DHCP enabled and a lab one (10.5.2) with DHCP disable, when I change TFTP server on phone from production to lab, the http configuration still points to production CUCM. All urls are correct in enterprise parameters, but http configuration is wrong on phone. This happens on 7941 and 7961 phones, but on 7960 phones, urls are right.

I reset phone, tftp server even cucm, deleted the phone from CUCM but no success.

What could I do to solve this problem?

Thanks.

Try deleting the ITL file (Settings -> Security Config -> Trust List -> ITL (press **# to unlock) and press the erase softkey).

Config files are signed and the phone will ignore the new config if the signature doesn't match up with its ITL.

Also, 7940's and 7960's don't use an ITL file so it makes sense why your other phone is working.

Have you try updating the frimware of the phones? (7941 & 7961)

They are on 9.3.1 version of firmware but they aren't update for newer versions, I suppose that this two problems are related.

I will assume it is related, there is a way to make a trace (or debug) to the phones, but I dont remember how :( maybe someone else can give us a hit.
