Hunt group- different ring duration for external and internal calls

Dear All

I am a tough time with some of the requirements of a client.

They want that when someone internal to the company dial a hunt group the number of rings is 6 times approx 25 secs and when somebody  dials from outside to the hunt group it is set to 3 times. approx 12 secs.

Can anybody tell me how to do that?

You can setup 2 different hunt pilots, one for internal use (with noan 25sec) and one for external (with noan 12sec). Just point a Translation Pattern to this one.

Both Huntpilots can work with the same Huntlist.

Hi

I don't believe you can do this with a single hunt group. You could of course create two hunt groups with the same members and configure the timers accordingly. Use one of the hunt pilots for internal calls, and the other hunt pilot for external calls.
