Running CUCM 8.6.2-22900-9, when all users are logged out of a hunt group, what should happen if you have configured the "Forward Hunt no Answer" and "Forward Hunt Busy"? What I am seeing, is that the caller hears ringing until the RNA timeout happens. I was under the impression that hunting should stop and the busy condition be set.
Has anyone seen a similar issue or is this working as designed?

Hi Jesse,
I don't believe this is working as expected, and I don't see
any related bugs in the 8.6 version release. If the time that
callers hear ringing = the RNA timer when all member of the Line group are logged
out, I would look at whether or not any of the Line Group member
DN's are shared on any other phones.

Thanks for the input. I am still checking around to see where the issue is. There are not duplicate or shared DN's involved with these groups.
I created a quick test Hunt Group, and the forwarding worked as expected. THe existing Hunt Groups, not so good....
