Hi, cucm version 12, created line group with 3 numbers (A, B,C) then hunt list then hunt group . User complained that order when someone calls is not A, B, C but B, A, C 🙂 . I did check route plan report and I see user is right, Route plan report shows order is not what I did setup in the line group , I double checked that line group order is correct. Removing, re-adding numbers, Line group, hunt list, reset hunt list doesnt help, order still B, A, C and not ABC I did set in Line group... Numbers/phones , I compared, identical with settings, features and all are registered...
Anyone has idea why and how to fix this?

Check the algorithm at the line group level. To have the hunted calls always be A-B-C you will want to select "Top Down", which is not the default.
Also, the Route Plan Report does not reflect the order of the hunt but only shows a list of the numbers in a Line Group.
