We are running CUCM 11 and are trying to get our Hunt Group to forward to another number. Here is what we have setup:
Test-LG - line group with 3 phones
Test-HL - hunt list
22206 - hunt pilot
Forward Hunt No Answer
Forward Unanswered Calls to 12345
The incoming call comes into phone#1 and then "rolls" to phone#2 and then rolls to phone#3. If the call is not answered (after phone#3), the call is dropped and user gets a fast busy. What are we missing here?

Just for testing: set the max hunt timer to 25 seconds (assuming you have 3 members in your line group)

Sure your CSS is right on the 12345 pattern? Seem basic enough.

We have defined the following:
CSS = AA_Phones-CSS
Partition = AA-Phones-PT
Hunt Pilot
Route Partition = AA-Phones-PT
Forward
12345
AA-Fwd-CSS --> AA-Phones-PT

whats your maximum hunt timer set to/. and the RNA reversion timeout on the linegroup?

The RNA Reversion Timeout is set to 10
The Maximum Hunt Timer is set to 30

hunt forward settings -> forward hunt no answer -> give 12345 and make sure CSS contains 12345 partition
