Hunt Groups Question

If I have a Hunt Group with two Line Groups and my distribution algorithm is set to longest idle will the first group in the list have any presidence over the second group or is it longest idle across both groups?

Hi Joe,

It's always going to try the First Line group first and them look to the second Line group

based on the "Hunt Options" set in the First group. For example;

Try next member then try next group in Hunt list

or

Skip remaining members and go directly to next group
