Hello,
I've setup a Line Group, Hunt List and a Hunt Pilot and it is working. When I place a call to my pilot the call rings on the DN's that I have in my Line Group.
Now the problem that I am having is that if a second call comes into that Hunt Pilot while the first call is still active I get two or three rings and then a fast busy. I was assuming that the Hunt Pilot could handle as many calls as I have DN's configured in the Line Group. Is that correct?
In the line group my Distribution Algorithm is set to Broadcast. The Hunt Options are:
No Answer: Try next member, but do not go to next group.
Busy: Try next member, but do not go to next group.
Not Available: Stop Hunting
Did I set something up incorrectly? Or would the fix be to create another Line Group and add that to the hunt list?
