We are using CUCM 9.1.2 and I am wondering if it is possible to set up a hunt pilot call queue that will allow callers to press a button and be sent to voicemail, rather than continuing to wait on hold. Or, can that only be accomplished with something like UCCX? Thanks.

No option for caller input in CUCM to do routing, you would need CUC, or a Contact Center solution for that matter.
