We were using Cisco 7945/7965 phone sets and the hunt pilot worked correctly. As soon as new Cisco 8841/8851 phone sets were deployed, the hunt pilot is now causing the error "Internal AF" to display on all the new desk phone screens when it is called, and they do not ring. The hunt pilot is set to broadcast. We are on CUCM version 11.5.1.13902-2, and phone firmware sip88xx.14-0-1-0101-145.

Can you try different phone firmware and see if it makes any change.

Hi Nithin,
Thank you for your response. I can try setting it back to a previous firmware and check for the error. I have learned since that the older model, Cisco 7945 sets were also displaying the error though.

Never faced such an error. can you post the screenshot of error message ?

I finally spoke with someone on site and have confirmed that it is NOT in fact a hunt pilot issue, but dialing a single extension that shows this error. I will get a screen shot of it tomorrow, hopefully. Thanks again.
