Hunt pilot disconnect calls

Hello,

we have an issue with hunt pilot on one server,

When the Queue is full the calls get disconnect .

if a hunt pilot is registered in antoher server the calls will not disconnect .

my cucm 11.5.1

any idea?

Where is a call directed to when the queue is full?  does that overflow number exist on both servers?

yes, the calls forward to triger in UCCX ,

we have 8 server cucm & uccx.

What exactly do you mean by "If Hunt Pilot is registered to other server". Also how do youknow if the call is getting disconnected at the CM level itself and not after reaching UCCX. Did you perform a Reactive Debug on the script to confirm this in real time.
