Hunt Pilot Issue

I have a Hunt pilot consists of three number, what ever the number being hunted first , it rings 3 times on the first number then it rings on the 2nd line 1 ring only and then the call drops with error message "Sorry, this number did not answer”.  Kindly note the RNA duration is set to 10 and that it is the default ringing duration for the all HP we have.

If you are using CUCM then the RNA on the Line Group defines when you roll to the next phone. The Maximum Hunt Timer on the Hunt Pilot defines how long all of the extensions will ring before the call is sent to the Forward Hunt No Answer treatment. If you have nothing set up on the Hunt Pilot for CFNA then it will just disconnect.

Probably need to increase the Maximum Hunt Timer on the Hunt Pilot and/or define CFNA on the Hunt Pilot.

 

 

 

Did that already and it just increased the ringing duration of the first member and dropped after 1 ring on the second member.
