Hunt Pilot name not displayed when members called

At the moment, when a hunt group is called, the person to whom the call is forwarded doesn't see the Hunt Pilot Alerting Name, but instead sees the name / number of the person calling. This is especially inconvenient for staff who are in more than one hunt group and like to know which one is being called before taking a call. This appears to be affecting all users.

 

I've gone in to System Parameters > Server > Service: Cisco CalManager (Active) > Advanced and checked on the Display Hunt Pilot Name or DN for Hunt Group Calls When Alerting parameter, but it's set to True.

 

We're currently mostly on Jabber 12.1 but are starting to upgrade users to 12.6. On the back end, we have CUCM 11.5.1.16900-16

I am not sure if its problem with Jabber but can you try it on desk phone
to make sure that the feature is working because it should. I know it works
on deskphone and want to isolate any configuration problems.
