hunt pilot queue silence

Hello

I have problem with cucm 10.5.2-10000-5 .

sometime when I call to hunt pilot I got silnce in queue(hunt pilot) .

after we made reset to server MOH  the problem solved .

call flow:

PSTN->VG(MGCP)->Hunt pilot

I found a bug .

How can I make sure that this bug?

is the issue happening with both internal and external calls ?

if its for external calls only, then make sure the right MRGL which has the MOH is assigned to the gateway.

also have a look on the bug once, where the fix is on 11.x

please get this verified by Cisco TAC as this behavior seems to be bug as mentioned.

I have 3 server moh ,

when I disable server 1ׂ (server moh) .

The problem solved .

any idea?

Looks like the moh file is not uploaded on the server on which you disabled moh server. Upload the mob file on this server as well.
