I am seeing a call that has been active for over 24 hours? Why is this happening?

Hi there

 

Could be a glitch. If that not an active, try reloading the router.

You may try to manually drop this call by issuing the command:

 

"clear call voice causecode 2 calling-number 6028016807"

 

If upon doing so you still see the call active, then you definitely would need to reboot the CUBE
