I can't log in cucm os administration

I changed ccmadministrator's password,

I still can log in CM Administration web gui,

but I can't log in OS Administration web gui, I can login this before I changed the password,

and now I forgot the previous password,

can anyone tell me how to log in OS Administration web gui? thank you very much!
