I cannot change some Clusterwide service parameters (CCM 6.0.1)

Hi,

I'm trying to change two sevice parameters (Auto Call Pickup Enabled and Transfer On-hook Enabled). But when I modify them and press "Save" button, Adminitration hangs up ("Loading, please wait" message) and I cannot change these values.

In previous releases (4.2), I could change it without any problem, but in this release I cannot do it.

Any idea?

Hi Antonio,

You didn't mention the version on which you're getting this behaviour, but it could something with the Browser you're using.

Using Firefox 2.something I experience sometimes simulair behaviour with CUCM 5.x/6.x. When I change to Internet Exlorer 6.0 this normally dissappears! Try swapping if you're also using an non-IE 6 browser.
