I do not get Cisco option in MTR device, when i click on the Join the meeting from Cisco CVI link.

I get this screen attached, i can see Teams & Zoom option but Cisco option is not available.

This is related to Cisco CVI trying to join external Cisco CVI meetings.

I do have similar issue .. could you check the screen shot attached ...

When attaching a picture to your post it is advisable to use this function as that would show your picture directly in the post instead of as an attached file.

There are organizations that have policies that forbid employees to open files on certain file sharing sites. Me for example cannot open an attached file in the community directly as it is stored on Box, but I can download the file and then open it. As this is quite cumbersome it is much better if you where to use the appropriate function for adding pictures to a post.

I have no idea on this as I've never worked with MTR devices. From what I've heard from Cisco it should however support Webex same as a device running RoomOS in native mode. Do you not have the specific Webex join button visible on the touch panel?

this article is correct - refer to my reply above for the webex option Re: Instance Join, when you enable Webex and Zoom from the Teams Admin Settings under "Meetings" - that relates to a Webex Join button appearing on the device (OBTP) similar to an MS Teams Join button and does not add a drop down option for Webex from the "Join with an ID" button...

If you are using a Cisco Device in MTR Mode - this is the home screen with the button options, if you further click "Join with an ID" you would be presented with the option to join MS Teams or Zoom, if you furthre swipe from the right to left (on a board, desk or navigator) you would see the optoin to join a Webex meeting as an instant join option.. the webex option was only added in recently.

Ideally you would enable "allow device to join 3rd party meetings - webex and zoom selected in the Teams Admin seetings under "Meetings" " - and you would invite the device to a webex meeting and that would join natively (as long as the device is registered to Control Hub , else it would join over Guest Join".. WhatsApp Image 2024-11-26 at 13.33.24_d98b7587.jpgWhatsApp Image 2024-11-26 at 13.33.24_34281e36.jpgWhatsApp Image 2024-11-26 at 13.33.24_f748ee3f.jpg
