Hi all
I want to redirect incoming call to any co-worker if he/she is not on seat to my extension by simply dialing his/her extension, i dont want to use typical pickup or pickup group feature because i dont to press pickup button and then press answer to take the line........is here anyone knows the solution for this...i hope you guys will help me.......
if there any confusion do let me know.

Take a look at the CallManager Features guide for configuring Busy Lamp Speed Dials depending on your CCM release. I believe this is a feature that fits in with your requirement.

Hi Salman,
You can configure Call Pickup BLF feature. Thus you can answer your co-worker's call by pressing a line button in your phone.
For this, configure one of the lines as speed dial BLF, select the destination no. as the pickup group number and tick the Call pickup check box.
