Dear all,

I have been configure the Network Enhance Module Cisco Unity Express. I can't connect to network module, I try to ping the Ip Address, it did not work. Then I try to plug and play the network into Router again, It work fine, after I configure AA about 3 days, it work fine but I couldn't connect to network module again by telnet, about 2 days. I can ping and connect to the network module by HTTP. I have to reload router 2 times but I can't connect to the network module. I use the command line "Service-module integrate-service-module 1/0 session" and have a message "try 10.0.0.21, 2067.. Open" then I press Enter, it does'nt work.

Thanks and regrads

I am also experiencing the same problem. However, the CUE is accessible via GUI. I noticed there the TTY speed is little odd.

      1    1 AUX   9600/9600  -    -      -    -    -     0      0    0/0      -

    131  131 TTY 115200/115200-    -      -    -    -     7      0    0/0      -

Thanks Change333.

But my problem doesn't same it.

Thanks

Hi,

You must connect to the service-engine which should appear in the sh ip int br output.

So the command should be service-module integrated-service-engine 1/0 session
