I have a hearing impaired employee and need to create a one button answer and transfer button.
The button will need to
Answer > Transfer > Dial Number > Transfer
I have created directory number that is permanently forwarded to the hearing impaired service called Sorenson.
It will then connect an interpreter with our employee at a special televideo workstation.
I'm stumped.

Does the user also need VM? If not, create a voicemail profile that forwards to the service. Then, pressing the iDivert key will send the call directly to this profile.

The user will be using different phones with different directory numbers and some of those are assigned to a call handler when not answered.
