I would like to customize the softkeys for CP-7841 over a network.

Is there a way to program multiple users (100+) IP phones over a network to program DND for available softkey?

I do not believe our PBX supports this and I would need to do so.

Create a softkey template for your needs then use the Bulk Admin tool to change your phones.

Fairly straight forward process.

Yes you can change, create a softkey template.

Then select BAT- > Phones- > Update  Phones - > Query. Then select the device type and click next.

Then select the softkey template you want.

Run the job.

If you are using Extension Mobility and at the same time the Standard User softkey template, you will need to logout and login back the phone to get the update.
