ICM scripting

I am fairly new to UCCE. I would like to point a DN to a queue script.How is this done?

ICM script you create a Pilot.. (Trigger)

This should be a CTI route point.

To point a DN to the UCCE, just forward the DN to the Trigger you create for the script.

This is one way to complete it, but I ended up creating a translation that pointed to the CTI Route point. It seemed to be more of a best practice in stead of a call forward.
