Idle URL for 7965 phones

I want to configure idle URL for 7965 phones but the problem is i cannot get the image to colored onto the screen(since the phone is a colored phone)...

Call manager is 7.1.2 ...I have an external TFTP server for the image  and the XML file to be uploaded to.

I have configured it right but i only see a B&W image instead of the colored image on the 7965 phone, (i uploaded a colored image)....IF someone can provide me the right XML file and the iimage size as well as the DPI of the image.

You can follow the instructions at the following link...

According to the link, for Cisco CallManager 5.x and later, put the XML file
in a web server and point the URL Idle field in System > Enterprise
Parameters to the web server.
 
In order to put the file in the web server you need to follow the same steps
for CCM 4.x
