IM and P server not installing

Hi I am recently deploying CUCM in our client company 4 BE7K SERVERS 1 as PUB and other three as an SUBS . I have installed all the CUCM part but unable to install two IM and P servers only one sub got installed and it is throwing some error

1. security password is correct

2. network connection is fine 

3. it is pinging from os admin of pub

4. error is : UNABLE TO VERIFY IM AND P PUB NODE

Hello,

Upon version 10.X the CUCM Pub holds the database for IM and Presence so if you haven't done already, you should go to the CUCM Publisher and Add the IMP server at the CUCM Administration "System -> Server" section.

IM&P still has a publisher node role even though it’s part of the CUCM cluster now. You need to answer the “is this the first node” question in the Anaconda installer as ‘yes’ for the first IM&P node.

Did you add the IM&P Server on the CUCM "System->Server"?
