IM&P 10.5 installation failed

Hi Siva,

ARe you using the correct OVA Template on the ESXi 5.5 ? 

It may be the Installation doesn't like the V-NIC, may be try using VMXNET-3 and see if it helps

I am using the correct OVA...it comes with BE6K bundle latest OVA template..

I think the first thing to do is to download the right OVA such as cucm_im_p_10.5_vmv7_v1.1.ova

Also, is this a fresh installation or are you trying to rerun an installation on existing VM? The reason that the messages are saying 'the module 'x' is already installed'.

I suggest to delete the VM and start with new installation.

Hi Siva,

As u have mentioned that u have got BE6K, then, u have got IM&P pre-installed .U need to just Power ON and proceed with installation.

In case ,if u are deploying separate OVA, then, u need to use cucm_im_p_10.5_vmv8_v1.0 which u can get from datastore.

Also just make sure that you are using the version that is compatible with that of the CUCM, else it will never install and the err message is ambiguous.

Secondly, i shall recommend to download the OVA compatible with the iMP version and try it
