Implementing Password Requirement for Outbound Calls on Cisco C8800

I'm looking to implement a password requirement for making outbound calls on Cisco C8800 series IP phones within our Cisco CallManager Express (CME) environment. The scenario I aim to achieve is that when a user wishes to dial from inside to outside, they will need to enter a password before they can place the call externally. However, it's important to note that this password requirement should not apply to internal calls between extensions.

I'd appreciate guidance on how to configure this setup within Cisco CME.

One of the Extension configure on my ISR4331 Router :

voice register pool 10
busy-trigger-per-button 2
id mac 0027.902A.4D76
type 8851
number 1 dn 10
dtmf-relay sip-notify
voice-class codec 1

voice register dn 10
number 7770
call-forward b2bua busy 100
call-forward b2bua noan 100 timeout 20
allow watch
name Tech Operations
label "DID Number"
mwi

How do I achieved????

You should look at a function named Forced Authentication Code, FAC in short.

I'm currently using Cisco CME version 14.1 on a Cisco IOS Router, and I'm seeking guidance on how to configure the password requirement for outbound calls. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate relevant information or commands in my search.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in achieving this configuration.

A simple search on Google for “cme fac configuration” gave plenty of useful information. This is one of those, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/manual/cmeadm/cmefac.html
