Impossible to enable Extension Mobility

Good morning everybody,

I'm trying to configure Extension Mobility on a CUCM version 9, but I am experiencing a very strange problem. I have tried to find a solution over the Internet, but with no success. So maybe some expert can help me.

There are two strange things happening:

1) When I go to the End User configuration, I check the "Enable Mobility" flag, but there is no "Primary User Device" box. I mean, the box is absent, so there is no device to choose from. Anyway, I decided to move on. I correctly created a new Remote Destination Profile, but 

2) when I add a new remote destination, I get this message: typedberrors REMOTEDESTINATION_MOBILITY_NOT_ENABLED

Can anybody help me with this?

Extension Mobility, and the Mobility feature you are trying to configure are completely separate features.

Which one are you actually trying to configure?
