Hi Team,
I have a problem with IP phones "various models", in the status messages a message appears constantly showing "SEP [MAC] .cnf.xml" as shown in the following capture.
I connected to a 7961 and I downloaded the logs, when I check them I see:

Is this a Cisco-based call manager solution or not?
Hi Leo,
Yes, is a Cisco-Based Call Manager solution.
Thanks & Best Regards,
JuanMi
Is 192.168.80.4 the correct tftp server ? Check the ITL value on the phone and server where tftp is running. Make sure they are same.
Regards
Abhay
Hi Abhay,
Yes, the 192.168.80.4 ip corresponds to the Publisher, and the 192.168.80.8 ip with the Subscriber.
I have reviewed the certificates and I see that the ipsec are expired, can this be the cause?
Thanks & Regards,
JuanMi
You can regenerate the ipsec certs and add them as IPSEC-TRUST on other nodes, if they are not CA signed, see if this helps.
Did you check the ITL as well on phone and Publisher server ?
Regards
Abhay
Hi Abhay,
The CTL/ITL file is not installed on the phone.
When I run the "show CTL" command in the Publisher, shows me:
Admin: show ctl
Length of CTL file: 0
CTL File not found. Please run CTLClient plugin to generate the CTL file.
Error parsing the CTL File.
The command "show itl" does not recognize the system.
Admin: show itl

Thanks & Best Regards,
JuanMi
What is the call manager version you are using ?

Abhay
