Hi,
I am having an intermittent issue where inbound calls to a hunt group are going straight to MOH. I am using call manager 8.6

No the call comes in vian 800 to a hunt group and goes to unity for a call Handel. The call comes in you hear MOH then ring again and some time goes to you call cant be completed as dialed.

And what is the function of the call handler ? Call redirection ?

yes to redirect to Voice mail or SRN if its after hours.

Can you check the busy trigger under the voicemail ports
