HI,
I am using CUCM 8.5, SIP trunks to voice gateways using E1 / T1 lines. We have noticed that at some sites inbound calls that come from private numbers are shown on the phone as coming from "unknown" at some other sites on the same cluster and coming from the same telco the calls are seen as "private". I need to standize the display across all sites but I can see where this display is generated...
Any advice would be great appreiciated !!

Kindly find the below configuration , may be you missing the below
dial-peer voice 1 pots incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial ! dial-peer voice 2 voip description Incoming voip calls incoming called-number . voice-class codec 1 voice-class h323 1 dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric no vad
Configure CM so that calling number plan/type is ISDN/national.
Otherwise, telco may not acknowledge as valid DID.
Other than that,
Thank you
