Hi All,
We got requirements from our Emergency group that they need one DID to be use for recieving emergency calls and this DID will be distribute to 6 IP phones. And if all the IP phones are busy or no-answer they want to forward it to one mobile #. Could someone help me on how to setup this using call manager version 4.x? or is there an equipment or setup from Cisco that can handle calls like this? They are also asking us in looking another solution that how we will handle the incoming emergency call if our phone system is down, does Cisco has an equipment to forward call in a mobile # automatically once phone system is down or is there any third party i can use to handle this situation?
All your inputs are most welcome and thanks in advance!
cheers,
reymon

In CCM this is simply a hunt pilot with a broadcast line group, if that's all you need you really don't need anything else.
You can configure a CFNA and CFB behavior to route anywhere you want if no one answers.
If CCM goes down then you would need to have SRST to handle the call and send it to the mobile.
