We are facing inbound SIP call issue intermittently. The callers hear "Number Not in Service" message. We opened a case with ITSP and they say we are sending Error 404. We gathered logs for the faulty call and we see indeed CUCM is sending Error 404. We have the DN configured properly and also this issue occurs intermittently and difficult to reproduce. Any suggestions on this ?

Hi,
When you configured the SIP Trunk on CUCM, did you add the correct Inbound Calling Search Space for it?

Hi Carlo,
Yes, we have added correct CSS. Also, this is an old setup. Calls fail randomly.
