Incidencia en Extensión Mobility

Hello,

I have a problem with the extension mobility on a PBX UC560. I have enabled extension mobility for some phones ICPC. The extension of the phone registers correctly with EM phone Profile, but when the user tries to log on and select Services -> Extension Mobility in the CIPC phone shows the following message.

Any ideas?
