Incoming call disconnects when answered

Hi Team,

I am having a strange issue. 

My incoming call flow is PSTN-->voicegw (sip trunk to CUCM)-->(CTI RP to CUC for AA)-->IP Phone

So in an effort to resolve my no ring-back issue, I had to map the MRGL to the SIP trunk to the GW. When this was done, the ring back was heard but the next issue, is that when the call connects it drops immediately after about 2 seconds. Once the MRGL is removed it works but i am back with the no ring back issue.

The issue of both ring back and call drop is non existent when i forward incoming PSTN calls to the IP Phone.

Any ideas? I have attached the debugs.

Platform- CUCM 11 cluster with CUC 11 cluster, multi-site topology. Using SIP trunks to the GW.

Hi,

For issues like this you need to send the CUCM logs along with the gateway logs. Please attach both. Include the call details in the logs ie calling, called and time of call. Please ensure the call is in the cucm log before sending over
