Hello,
Is it possible to record incoming calls by pressing a certain button on the IPPhone to start recording, without using any third party software?
We are using CME 4.1 and CUE 3.1

Aha, okay.
I configured the IMAP according to the following document:
Cisco Unity Express Voice-Mail and
Auto-Attendant CLI Administrator Guide
for 3.0 and Later Versions
Configured it, restarted the IMAP server. Added an user to a group. Gave the group the vm-imap privilege.
But when I click on send/receive in Outlook, nothing is shows in the inbox of the IMAP account.

Try updating CUE.

You mean software update to a higher version? If so, that's not an option at this point, since I have to discuss that with my supervisor.
