well, I made a call from my extension to a cell phone, and that phone would like to call me again, is there any way he could call me back direct ?! without entering my extension or calling the central to redirect him to me ?
It sounds like you might not have a external call mask set on you extension. If you go to the DN and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can enter your full phone number in the External Phone Number Mask field. Then you'll be sending your number for caller ID and somoene can call you back using their call history.
