Incoming call suddently not working and use of csim start cmd

Team,

Voice gateway with h.323 suddenly stop process incoming calls. We have to manually simulate the call then it is working

csim start xxxxxxxxx

We already replaced

router

Voice WIC

Pls give your suggestion

Hi,

Kindly post a "show run" of your voice gateway.

Also, collect the following debugs for a failed call and attach here to the post:

debug isdn q931

debug h225 asn1

debug voice ccapi inout
