Incoming Call through SIP provider to CUE AA = dead air

I'm having an issue where calls incoming through my SIP provider terminate on the CUE and go towards the Auto Attendant, but result in just dead air. It appears the AA picks up the call, but no audio.

Any suggestions?

I changed my translation-profile so that the call would be sent to an extension, which it did fine. However, if voicemail picks-up on the extension the caller doesn't hear the voicemail message, just dead air.

Internally, if that same extension is dialed you hear the voicemail message...same with the AA prompt.
