incoming calls from PSTN line stuck up and being fore ever PSTN busy

Dear 

I am having issue on CME incoming calls from PSTN line . When calls is coming from pstn it's stuck up and busy tone

Kindly assist me to resolve the issue

What is the exact call flow? Does it involve PRI/FXO? Have you run any debugs for a failed call? Can you post all this info along with the running config.
