Incoming Calls from SIP Line

Hey Guys,

Have a SIP Trunk directly to Service Provider from CUCM (no cube). Outgoing calls are working fine and we just brought an incoming number (US Number) . How do I make this work ?

At the simple level, you just need to configure up something on CUCM to handle calls for the number that's presented to you by your service provider. This could be a DN on a phone, a Route Group, Hunt PIlot, Translation Pattern, etc...

Also, make sure you have the correct CSS assigned for the inbound calls & set the correct significant digits in the SIP Trunk Configuration you have.
