Incoming Calls from SIP Provider not working - CME Router

Hi

 

We recently moved to a sip provider for our calls.

We can dial out fine, but cannot receive any calls

 

when i do the debug ccsip events and try and call the number, get get no debugs

 for show sip-ua register status i get the below

You are missing the dial-peer to accept incoming calls, if the debugs are not returning anything, make sure the provider is actually sending the calls to you and that you have that traffic allowed on your firewall.
