Existing SIP SRST configuration (been working for years) that stopped working yesterday. No changes on our end and Provider says no problems on their end. I can see incoming calls reach the CUBE but they never get to the end user. This site is SRST so CUCM is remote and has been for a long time.
I tried everything to get this fixed to no avail so hoping someone can help me me out.

If I'm reading this right
DP 10 = Incoming call from ITSP
DP 20 = From CUBE to CUCM
DP 30 = From CUBE to CUCM
I see a two problems with DP 20, you have a translation-profile there and you are also mixing called-number with destination-pattern. I believe the configuration of DP 30 is correct, so try disabling DP20 either shutting it down or increasing the preference and test again.
