Incoming calls put on hold automatically

Dears All
I have an issue with incoming calls but not at all time .
Our Operator ext ( 0 ) ,we have fxo cards with plar 0
sometimes ,when customer from external  (PSTN call ) calling our operator they put on hold auto and listen to hold music although operator didn't  hold them .
in this case the customer called operator 4 times repeatly and every time listen to hold music .
And the operator told us that he received 4 missed calls at the same time (pushed missedcalls) from this customer's number .

You'll have to gather, at the

You'll have to gather, at the very least, CUCM traces to see what CUCM is doing with the call, and if possible debugs on the GW for those calls.

Once you review those, you might have some more info on what might be going on.

Please add more details. Is this CME or CUCM deployment? Are you using SCCP or SIP phones? Do you have any queuing config in place such as BACD?
