Provider is sending the Calling number which is 115452047 and called number is 143

so CME would get this and just send it to extension 143 ... in this call did you face the issue of unknown number ?

Well most of the providers have issues when it comes to this command, they can't answer on what ring they are sending the Caller ID .

This command :
Use this setting if your telephone service provider specifies it to provide caller ID alerting (display) after the second ring. This setting is used in Australia, where the caller ID information is sent following two short rings (double-pulse ring).

anyway good to know that the issue is resolved now ^_^ , have a good day

Hello, Can you attach debug vpm signal when making a call

May I know How to debug ?

Router# debug vpm signal
Router(config)# service sequence
Router(config)# service timestamps debug datetime msec
Router(config)# logging buffered 10000000 7
Router(config)# no logging con
Router(config)# no logging mon
Router(config)# voice iec syslog
Router# term len 0
Router# sh logg
Router# term len 20

Send me the output

Dear Nashaatmusa,

Thanks for your response

PFA

Debug shown is for
1) debug voice ccapi inout
2) debug hpi

can you clear the debugs
undebug all

and only debug vpm signal

As suggested, Executed undebug all then again Run debug vpm signal .

Dear  Nashaatmusa,

Thanks for your support, its highly appreciated.

Actually the problem was,  we didn't configure voice port properly,

caller-id alerting Ring 2 this command was'nt configured. Now called Id Its Displaying Well

voice-port 0/0/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
cptone SA
timeouts call-disconnect 0
timeouts wait-release 1
connection plar opx 500
impedance complex2
description to 0115405171-central
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting line-reversal

caller-id alerting Ring 2
