One starnge problem, inbound calls are working but outbound calls from CUCM is not ok. PSTN Lines (FXO) are ok, as i have tested by analogue phone.
Following is the error.
QADHLNR0012901#sh voice iec description 1.1.278.5.88.0
IEC Version: 1
Entity: 1 (Gateway)
Category: 278 (Media Negotiation Failure due to non-existing Codec)
Subsystem: 5 (H323)
Error: 88 (Fast codec mismatch)

Hi,
Looks like you are failing due to H323 FastStart
On the CUCM page for the H323 gatway look at the OUTGOING CALLS section.
Have you selected "Enable Outbound Faststart" , have you selected the correct codec for Faststart.
You could just try unticking the Faststart and retest.
