incoming PSTN call not completing

Hi

I'm facing an strange problem with one of my clients

The got 2 separate PSTN line, one for Home and Office. Home phone setup to port 0/0/0 and office for 0/0/1

problem is Home phone just work fine, can do outbound and incoming, But office phone with same kind of configuration can make out going calls

but when there is a incoming call it rings the extension and if i pick up the phone to answer it just disconnect and immediately after its ring again and again until the external caller hangs-up. so basically cannot answer inbound calls to office phones.

Hi Shameer.

Please, post your config so we can give a look and try to move pstn line from port 1 to port 0 and see if the problem remains.
