incomming call from PSTN showing "Unknown Number" on display

Hi All,

i have 3 pstn line and 1 PRI line.

PSTN lines are connected using FXO ports.

when someone call to PSTN lines, the ip phone showing "Unknown Number" on the display, but when someone call PRI line the caller id is showing on the display..

Do you mean that caller phone display will be updated after dialing and show 'Unknown Number'. Also, please indicate whether your are using CUCM or CME? If CUCM, what protocol is used?

Caller display shows "Unknown Number" for incoming calls. 

System version: 10.5.2.10000-5

These are FXO ports and you will not see caller id until you use correct CPTONE because the caller id method (DTMF, FSK etc) differs from country to country. By default CPTONE is US. Could you configure a CPTONE where the device is located? for ex; CPTONE IN..

try below config as well

cptone BE

ring number 3

Run "debug vpm signal" on gateway and check if the gateway is receiving caller id .
