Hi guys, good day! Just wondering if you have experience issues on billing for transferred calls? We just noticed that when a call is transferred, CDR recognize the call has ended even though the call leg is still active on our gateway's b channel. We are using cisco call manager 7 and 3825 cisco gateway router. Thanks in advance

You need to be a bit more specific about everything here. Where's the call being transfered to ? (on switch, off switch ?) What's billing incorrectly ? (Your telco, your call logger) ?

Hi Gordon,
Sorry about that. The calls are being transferred to any external number. And its our cdr that billing incorrectly. Thanks

Are you interpreting the CDRs correctly ? In this case, you will have multiple call legs, and hence have multiple CDR records for the one call.

Hi Gordon,
Please check screenshot of a sample cdr report. There is a record for when the outside number (a) calls our internal number (b) and when b dials an external number (c) but there is no record when a and c are connected after call wlas transferred by b. i did see that the call is still active on our trunk right after transferring so that should also be recorded on cdr.
