When viewing this one users number through the attendant console or the on phone corporate directory.....their phone indicator
is always off hook. I have tried resetting the phone with no change in status. Call can still be taken or transferred to the phoone, so
it's not like the phone is ACTUALLY busy. Any ideas what might cause this?

What happens if you restart the CTI Manager service? It sounds as if the CTI subscription is stuck for some reason.

Thanks for the quick reply and it's not a bad idea.
Although other users appear have their indicators updating correctly.
Do you think the CTI service could be bad for just one phone?

Sure. The CTI client (in this case the AC service if you're using the legacy CUAC) has to subscribe to each phone/DN appearance individually.
